I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn then shortlisting, aptitude tests then interview with the recruiter followed then online interview with senior management from HR & respective functions from the company.
Had a first interview with HR who were keen to schedule the next round with hiring manager but then never heard back. I followed up and zero response... completely ignored. Lot of wasted time on preparation for candidate's due to misleading or complete lack of communication.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at American Tower (Woburn, MA) in Sept 2013
Interview
I interviewed with more than one person. The people interviewing seemed nice but they did not accurately described the job. Now that I have it, it's not quite what I had in mind. The recruiting department go about recruiting in a very mechanical fashion. They don't really "see" the person. Lack of personalization.
