The interview process is very long and unnecessary. They did phone interviews, made me meet with the leadership team, showed me around the facility, etc... They were very indirect about their expectations and not upfront about the location of the position. I felt like I never really understood the purpose of the position.

The process was overly time-consuming, with repetitive rounds (meeting the same people multiple times) and unnecessarily tough questions that didn’t seem relevant to the role. Scheduling was also frustrating—timeslots were often announced with very short notice (sometimes just hours in advance). Poorly organized and stressful for candidates. Would not recommend unless improved.
