Interview
I applied back in April and didn’t get offered a position. The recruiter asked if she could keep my information on file, just in case if something changes. She called again in July asking if I wanted to interview again since I was a strong candidate. She said I won’t have to interview with multiple people but with the hiring manager. I took off work to interview again and the hiring manager didn’t look too pleased to see me. She said I looked familiar and I told her I interviewed a few months ago. She immediately said she remembered and basically ended the interview. This position is for the front desk and if you’re black! Don’t bother! You won’t get hired!!!
Very quick process. Multiple advisors interviewed me at once. It was nice to have only one round of interviews and then receive an offer. I hope this helps someone out who’s looking for work. Best wishes,
It was a 3 round interview process. Super easy questions focused mainly on getting to know your personality and work style. Super nice people and response time was very quick.

Interview was easy. One was with HR and the other one was role play with the hiring managers. They asked you some questions of how you would respond if a client behaves in specific ways.
