I was contacted by the internal HR Recruiter. She scheduled and interview with the hiring manager after the manager reviewed my resume. Then the Hiring Manager had me do a Technical Interview with the Lead Technical Recruiter. This was the hard part. Then a final interview with the Hiring Manager and discussion of the offer, etc. Pretty simple and straight forward. All was done over the phone. They initially wanted to fly me out for the final interview. But in the end the Manager decided that wasnt necessary.
