I completed the online application and was invited to complete some online tests and a video interview. The tests were quite difficult but the video interview was fairly straight forward. I was then invited to an assessment centre at Oxford. We were given some pre-reading for the interview and told we had to create a presentation 'thinking outside the box'. The day consisted of the presentation, a group exercise using a pre-read case study and an interview.
