3. set of interviews with people from the different areas that you would be collaborating with

They ask the experience you have in the area you will be working on and on human rights.
There were multiple rounds with hiring manager, HR, and peer staff. Everyone was pleasant throughout the process. First was a phone screening followed by at least two to three in person rounds.

written text has been sent and then invited to a. panel interview with participation of senior campaigns staff from different countries and a board member.

There were three stages to the interview process, including a written test and two rounds of panel interviews. The written test was emailed to me and I had a day to email back my answers. Panel interviews were standard.
