Interview
Lightening fast interview process, and escalated speed of entire interview pipeline. The salary negotiation was also very compatible and supportive. Highly stable with respect to the current pandemic situation/recession. I was a little uneased with the repetitive concern over other job prospects, but I guess its a standard practice. Since it's my first job, I'm not familiar with hiring process that much.

Interview
2 round phone interview plus 3 round remote onsite, most focus on technical part like coding problem and statistical learning. Interviewers are nice and would help you work it out.
