At AmOne, our interview process for the Customer Service Representative position starts with a quick, five minute screening over the phone.The goal of this phone call is to briefly learn a little more about the candidate than what is on their resume and determine if an in-person interview is a good next step. We do not use this phone call to go into great detail or specifics about the candidate. If it is determined that an in-person interview is in fact a good next step, a more detailed question and answer conversation would follow.
