I applied via LinkedIn and a Recruiter reached out. Then met with associate and direct manager. Then a 2 hour case study that I had to present to associate, direct manager and VP.

Question 1
Prepare a wind farm financial model for a hypothetical development in Japan.
3 rounds of behavioral interviews (excluding HR screen), each an hour long. Got to meet several team members and layers of management.
It has been over one month and I have not heard back. This is disrespectful given the number of hours I had spent in this process.
