Interview
The interview was pretty simple and lasted about 20-30 minutes. They mostly asked my motivations for joining MathCorps and my ability to commit to a 11 months of service. They were looking for a lot of people for many of the sites and I have a degree in physics so it felt like more of a screening process than an interview. They were incredibly flexible with geographic location and age group and I was happy that I got to work with the oldest age group at a walking distance from my house.

Interview
The interview process included a phone interview, a math assessment, and a face-to-face final interview. It was very easy to schedule the interviews and assessment and the whole process took a couple months. I applied in January and was offered the job in March. I think it usually doesn't take that long, but I was early in the application process.
