Initial call with recruiter which went very well and they were excited to put me forward for the role. After that complete silence, despite chasing multiple times. Seems like a trend with this company - pretty disrespectful and a big red flag.

Interview
I was approached by an internal recruiter whilst going through other interviews. A 2nd stage was scheduled in and I had a chat with some of their developers lasting roughly an hour, with some reasonably informal technical chat with some questions about working methods, languages etc. I advised them of my timescales, and they insisted they'd get back to me ASAP.
Over a month later I'd still had no other feedback, and had already moved on and accepted a different offer. Echoing the sentiments on here, it seems like they are awful at communicating, so I wouldn't rely on them in any way.

There was an initial call, then another 2 technical interviews and then they just disappeared.
After a month one of their recruiters came back interested to move forward in the recruitment process but he never schedule any interview.
I think is quite unprofessional, not organised and that shows a lot about the company itself.
Sorry but you really need to improve your processes for future reference.
