Interview
Relaxed interview process, pretty easy questions being asked. Just be ready to talk about yourself. They asked about some of the weaknesses I had listed to be able to complete the job. Always make sure to make it known that while you do have weaknesses you know how to solve these problems

Interview
I interviewed with Amplify Inc. as a potential employee for the company. The interview consisted of going over my qualifications with someone in the Human Resources department over the phone, and then an in person interview. It was an average interview, and the manager was super easy to talk to.

Interview
I interviewed with them mainly because I was bored. They sell coupon packs door to door (but not houses, businesses, so you're walking into businesses during their work day to sell their employees coupon packs) - not that you'd be able to find ANY of that online because their website is a joke. The coupon packs themselves are legit. However, during the interview I was like "ok, so this is a sales job" and they kept saying "no, no, no, no it's 95% marketing 5% sales"... uhh no marketing skills are needed, sales however, that's what you need. They then invited me to do a shadowing thing the next day, where I was literally stuck in a car ALL day with a kid in Wexford going door to door to businesses selling coupon packs for a spa. I couldn't leave because if I made him drive me back he'd lose his commissions, so they guilt trip you into staying. He broke down the pyramid structure of the "company" during our awesome fun lunch break... at Subway... Basically, you get commission for everything you sell, so does the person above you and above them and so on and so forth. It's 100% commissions. And you file as an independent contractor so holllaaa for paying ALL of your taxes at once (even tho you get to write a decent amount off thanks to the insane amount of miles you end up driving). You don't even start thinking about maybe getting benefits until 9-10 months in, and even then, they really don't kick in till about 2 years of riding the pyramid to the top. So yea, that's them in a nutshell.
