Amplify Technology Management Analyst interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn and received a recruiter email for a 15-minute Google Meet interview. The recruiter was friendly and kept the conversation casual. She asked me to introduce myself, discuss my experience, and confirm my notice period. She also explained the role, responsibilities, and asked a few questions about my skills, business requirements, and job expectations. The interview experience was smooth and straightforward. However, it has been over three weeks since the interview, and despite following up with the recruiter, I have not received any update regarding the next steps or whether I was selected. Better communication with candidates after the interview would greatly improve the overall experience.
