Two interview process. During the 1st interview, you meet with the VP of Sales & Marketing and he has you take an excel test. Upon completion of the excel test, he will tell you if you passed or not. If you pass the test and have a good interview you make it to the next round. If you fail the excel test you do not proceed. During the second interview, you meet with some of the members of the Sales team.
