Upon arrival to the first interview a paper application must be filled out so bring any information you will need about past jobs, etc. Initial interview was mostly technical and lasted about an hour between two interviewers separately. After about a week I was contacted to schedule a second interview where you speak to several more people including the VP and president. After that interview, an offer was made within a couple days contingent upon completing remaining paperwork and steps successfully. All of my interviewers were very kind and courteous and asked relevant and thought-out questions. No standard, cookie-cutter interview questions.
