I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amunix (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. Contacted by the hiring manger for phone screening. After that, a 45 min virtual presentation was scheduled. After the presentation, never heard back from anyone in the company.
From the Head of People at Amunix:
I’d like to start by saying “thank you” for your time interviewing with Amunix. We appreciate your interest in our role. However, I do want to apologize that you didn’t hear from someone on our team following your interview. While your review didn’t provide a lot of details, I can extrapolate the timing of the interview and can share that I am hopeful this is something that will not happen again. Earlier this year, we implemented a more formal talent acquisition process to support our growing organization. This included adding dedicated recruiters and an applicant tracking system to help cultivate a positive experience for candidates and ensure all candidates receive timely updates on their status. While I realize I’m not able to change your experience, I do believe we have made some positive changes since that time that will hopefully prevent this from happening again in the future. Thank you once more and wishing you all the best on your career path.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amunix (Mountain View, CA) in Sept 2013
Interview
Phone interview followed by interview in person. I actually came in after not getting a response to my job application and they had time to see me so I got an interview. I got to meet my team and some other co workers. It was pretty n o r m a l .

Interview
Sub-par - I felt that the hiring manager had personality issues, temper problem? She was not patient, annoyed and unprofessional. She clearly was someone I would not have liked to work with...;(
