In one word - Awesome!!
Amway seems like a "No Non-sense" company to me and I am sure it knows how to market itself, otherwise how could it be so good at it's business??
I got a call from HR within 1-2 days of applying online - she arranged a telephonic interview with the hiring manager and before I knew I was flown to Grand Rapids,MI for in person interview. I had to go through interview with 12-14 people, some in group and some 1:1.
Interview process was focused around assessing multiple things - your personality, your part, your potential to take leadership positions, your willingness to do the undefined work packet etc. Overall for me it was very fulfilling experience.
People are very friendly - very outgoing. Nice and clean office. Great infrastructure inside - Gym, meditation rooms, group exercise rooms etc.
Only bad thing that I could notice in my entire day at campus was the bad food served in the cafeteria. I cannot generalize, but I had pretty horrible salad.
