The interview process is not difficult if you are prepared. There was a phone call first to see if you were a good fit, then you would be referred to the hiring manager for an actual interview.

Interview
So they give you a call which is kind of the pre screening. They call checking to see which position you applied for and just to kind of briefly talk about your resume nothing too in depth. The second interview is a group interview with like 12 other people and you only get 2 minutes to answer a questions that has nothing to do with your position. They then spend another 30 min talking about the company and allows people to ask questions about the company. At the very end they talk about benefits
