Interview process consists of a written exam followed by Interview for selected candidates. Interview will consist of technical questions regarding cmos basics, Networks, ethical questions followed by HR. MOSFET operation, current equation etc are very useful. Small questions on mosfet different configurations. How the voltage when connect mosfets in different configurations.
