Interview
Unnecessarily detailed and felt like the people interviewing maybe weren’t used the process. A large task was required, which looking back was very over the top and probably only that large due to the person running the interview not filling understanding what the task actually entailed. I wasn’t successful but then not reached out to for weeks on end after which I was eventually told I wasn’t successful. It wasn’t a difficult interview put it was time consuming due to the task.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AnalogFolk
Interview
Relaxed, friendly and informal. We discussed prior experience and projects, along with how to approach various scenarios that would likely come up in the work. Also covered the key team-members and clients I'd need to build relationships with. The chat had a good balance between finding out about my skills, background and career to-date, and the type of person who would succeed in the role. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions about the role and the interview put me as ease throughout our chat.
