simple process they dont know any thing, 1st round written , 2nd f2f 3rd f2f 4th hr thats it .simply you can clear it if you have gone through with all . learn basic of java ,some logical program , thats it ,and some knowledge around sql, database jsp, basic ui development java script etc.struts jdbc .
