From my initial application in mid-October to the final decision at the end of December, the process took around 2.5 months, which is far too long. No organisation, regardless of size, should take that long to run two interviews and make a decision. It gave the impression that hiring wasn’t a priority, or that the process lacked structure and ownership. Communication was also poor. When I reached out with straightforward questions, such as what to expect from the second interview, I received no response. That silence made it feel like candidate experience simply wasn’t valued. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend applying based on my experience.

The entire process was fantastic! Tracy is the internal recruiter that kept everything moving quickly and smoothly. She kept me informed and gave me feedback at every step. The process started with a questionnaire and then a phone interview with Tracy. A few days later I had a video call with the hiring manager in San Francisco. The next phase was an onsite interview with the Minneapolis team. The final interview was a video call with one of the Architects and the Head of Engineering. Each team member was quick to give feedback to Tracy. She then let me know within a day at most!. I really appreciated the quick feedback! Did I mention this was a fantastic experience!
