I applied and heard nothing at first apart from the automated response. Two weeks later, there was a follow up from someone in their recruitment team. She clearly had no idea about the company and could not answer any questions about the position. Next a phone interview with an in house recruiter. He talked about himself too much. Did not really ask questions or listen. He talked so much about himself. I discontinued after this point.

I applied for an AE role, and quickly the recruiter contacted me to set up a meeting. So far so good, but then recruiter ghosted me and went silent. I followed up with an email, but now 8 days after still no reply. Very sad.
