The interview process with Anaplan had a 5-stage approach. Starting with a screen\introduction interview with Chris in the Talent Acquisition Team. Chris is very knowledgeable about Anaplan's whole business and really sold me the Anaplan vision and core values and provided full and accurate details about the role and the Company. I then met with the 2 Team members and Manager who provided further detauls regarding the role and how I fit to the job specifications. Following this was a meeting with the EMEA Financial Director who focused the interview around the Companies Core Values and about me as a person. Finally I met with the CFO Dave Morton, who I thought was an inspirational person to listen to talking passionately about Anaplan, the direction the company is going and medium\long-terms strategies.
Throughout the interview process I was full communicated to by Charley and Chris (HR and Internal Talent Acquisition Teams), and everybody I have spoken to at Anaplan is very passionate about the company, something which I really buy into.
