I was privileged to interview with Anaplan. What I am most amazed is how Tracy Hoel (recruiter) remembered me from 2.5 years ago when we first chatted. I was accepted by another company at that time and did not have a chance to complete my interview process with Anaplan. A new opportunity came up 1 month ago and she still have notes she took 2.5 years ago. She did an excellent job of connecting me with the recruiter/hiring manager for the position. I really felt this is one of my best interview experience. The interview sessions were very interactive. They asked questions that were very relevant to my experience and when examples were given, they were very open to share when they have the same type of challenges.and we chatted about how I worked through those challenges. There was a presentation I had to prepare. Although it took me a lot of time to prepare, it was an excellent way for a potential candidate to think through and share the type of experience and not feel like that was things not shared.
