The process was 3-4 steps but they paused hiring between stages. Starts with a numerical/logical test then followed by a modelling test. The process was paused at this stage - probably interview with the senior team at next stage

Few follow questions on modelling tests such as - capex depreciation on maintanence capex would be applicable or not? EV/EBITDA multiple at entry and exit, etc
Online tests (maths, logical, verbal reasoning), financial modelling test (one hour to do the modelling, and a 30 minute follow up conversation), 2-hour interview with 4 Directors (talk through experience including asking technical questions and specific role, asked commercial question)

Interview
Several rounds of video meetings, with a final round meeting the whole of the London based partner group and leadership. Communication regarding travel arrangements from outside of London was not well handled and frequently changed on short notice.
