They have taken two rounds of interview. Second interviewer was only there for time pass. He was in sleep and yawning all the time. It was so irritating. Very bad experience not so professional

Unprofessional and Poorly Managed Interview Process
I was shortlisted for a Senior Java Developer role and asked to give a HackerRank test at their office. Due to an urgent issue, I left early but was later told my test was shortlisted and asked to come back. I traveled 20 km again, only to be asked if I was interested in a DevOps role because I have an AWS certification. I clarified I came for the Java role, and they simply told me to leave. No interview, no proper communication, just a waste of time.
If they weren’t sure about the role fit, they shouldn’t have called me again. Very disorganised process and no respect for candidates’ time.

They sent me an online assessment for HackerRank. After that they asked me to come to the office for face to face interview. I attended that too, But was a terrible experience. The interviewer was an arrogant person, he didn't put enough clarity into the questions and was himself struggling with his English. Didn't pay attention to my answers and was involved with his work related inbox. Interrupted a lot in each answer. Instead of interviewing me, he was trying to prove his points. He didn't even introduced himself, was already acting like a boss. He himself was not clear about his questions, didn't even check my assignment. I had to explain him what was it.
Totally pathetic experience. God bless Anchanto with such employees.
