Anchin Block & Anchin interview questions

It was over video call. Interviewed with one guy first and then another right after. The first guy was not personable at all, had no social skills and wouldn't even look directly at me when talking to me. I was uncomfortable and confused why they would pick someone with terrible people skills to do interviews. He also asked me questions to things that were unrelated to the position I was applying for. I found out later on that they were interviewing me for a supervisor position when I applied for a senior position. When I told HR about the mistake he made and that I wanted a fair interview for the position I applied for, she told me that they still decided to pass and said I didn't have enough experience for a senior position, even though I had 8 years of public accounting experience. The second guy I interviewed with was a lot more personable.
