Simple telephone interview with deputy manager. Around 30 minutes long. Asked some situational questions, some questions on knowledge of dementia and safeguarding. Offered me the job at the end on the phone.

I was interviewed by the care home manager and the care manager. Really put at ease. Went over my cv and any relevant experience I had regarding the role. Overall the interview lasted around 25 minutes
