Smooth, the interviewers were friendly, some questions were unexpected but entirely relevant. It was mostly a review of the code I had submitted prior to the interview date and some questions about the andela EPIC values

The interview process was smooth. I had to defend a code challenge on site. The interviewers made the atmosphere relaxed and gave their feedback on how the code could be better.

I interviewed at the Andela office in Lagos, Nigeria. There's was a code defence which lasted for up to 15 minutes based on some coding challenges that were sent some days before the interview. The code defence was just to walk them through how you arrived at your solution.
