4 step interview process. Met with recruiter and learned more about the position, peer interview, manager interview, senior level manager interview. Overall smooth interview process. They move you through fairly quickly. 4 step process done in a total of two weeks. Offer received a few days after final interview.

Interview
I was internally referred and had an initial interview with someone in their HR department. The interview was via Google hangouts. There are multiple interviews in this process. The interviewer was perfectly nice but kept looking to their side so it was honestly hard to gauge whether they were actually listening. They also changed the interview time via gCal but did not send an email so I had to be the one to follow up and confirm. Again, I'm sure it's a nice place to work with a good mission, but I did not receive the best first impression based off of the sloppiness and apparent "indifference" of the interviewer.
