Interview
It was a very easy-going and relaxed process. I Interviewed with three different people and they only asked behavioral questions. I received an offer for their Sans Francisco office. Conversation was fluid and focus was on the culture and if you fit in with them.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to display leadership.
There were 3 back to back 30 minute interviews. I interviewed with a senior associate, manager, and director. I had a pleasant experience meeting the people from all different levels and they were really sweet.

Interview
I had two back to back interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. Basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. The partner spent much of the time selling the benefits of Andersen rather than asking me questions.
Very easy, all behaviorals. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you. There were no technicals, but be very genuine and friendly with the interviewers.
