I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (Washington, DC) in June 2021
Interview
Call with the recruiting manager one week and scheduled an interview the next. Interview consisted of 2 30 minute interviews, with a senior manager and a partner. Mostly just behavioral questions nothing on the technical side.
The interview process as an intern was fairly simple. Mostly behavioral questions. There were some questions about your resume as well. It felt more informal and not bad at all.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself was one of the first questions.

Interview
A recruiter called me for a phone screening. There was nothing special, he just asked me about my experiences, interests, and salary expectations. He gave me the name of the hiring manager at the local office to which I applied and said she would contact me to schedule an in-person interview. But after that, I’ve heard nothing from them. I emailed the recruiter, but he ghosted me. The hiring process may be paused during busy times, but a short email letting me know their decision may not be a big deal. Anyway, I won't apply to this company again.
