      Business Development Specialist Interview

      8 July 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Andersen

      Interview

My immediate sense was this was going to be a lot of touching points and culture driven, which is fine but it seemed that I was going to have to speak to a lot of people before I was even considered. Wait a second, aren’t you choosing me for my experience, knowledge, and overall fit? From what I read, it’s a long process, some taking up to a year to be considered for a job. If this doesn’t tell you something is wrong, than you might want to reevaluate your self worth. Nothing is forever folks. They want to own you!
