      I interviewed at Andersen

      Interview

Pretty basic, came across the posting on LinkedIn. A little background, I have owned a window covering business for 15 years, and was bought out by Two-day blinds a few years back. Now with that being said, I was taken back when I was told I didn't have enough experience. Want to know the real reason? They say that it's not about what you know, but who you know. That's the case at Andersen, they gave the opportunity to someone who has no experience in the industry, but someone who has ties to the organization. Andersen is a political game so good luck not getting in if you don't have connections.
