Started with a phone screen by corporate recruiter of parent company. Then was contacted by local HR to arrange video interview with senior leader. I prepared for hours and got dressed up. I joined the video call and was told that they had already filled the position and didn't want to waste my time. Later saw email received 8 minutes before the call to cancel the interview.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anderson-Negele (Fultonville, NY)
Interview
Initial phone interview - 30 min, talked about company history, what they do, and asked about my goals and what I did in supply chain management.
Final interview- 4 hours long, meet 5 higher ups and they all asked an arrange of behavioral questions based on experience. Managers in supply chain asked about experience in supply chain/data analysis

Interview
I was sent in by a temp service for the interview and interviewed with the head of the department I was applying for. Abut 2 months later the HR director called me in for a second interview.
