I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA)
Interview
Very well organized, efficient, and everyone was so welcoming and respectful. Overall the best interview processes I have experienced. I signed on, and onboarding was fantastic. Very organized as well, informative, and not once boring. HR was the best! Such a kind and helpful onboarding lead. Super Happy to be here. The purpose and mission is something I am so proud to be a part of and the work is highly motivating. The company culture so far is so respectful, inclusive, challenging, and fun.

Interview
The recruiter discriminated against me because I'm disabled and old.

One interview with recruiter then two interviews with two different chief engineers. Finally an onsite interview consisting of a presentation and 5-6 individual interviews.
