I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Angeion Group in July 2025
Interview
One MCQ technical assessment on TestGorilla that is frankly insanely bad. I'm talking questions with literally no right answers, questions with more than one right answer, questions that are completely out of scope for the position (not that I don't have an opinion but in what world is a senior analyst setting up ETL???), questions where none of the answers will even execute, questions where the underlying code is so terrible it's genuinely hard to even critique it as "wrong".
One interview with the HR person where we talked about prior experience and approach to work. After a positive interview, you'll get an assurance that you as a candidate will be kept in the loop and updated within a week one way or another. This will never happen; you'll never hear from them again. You'll follow up on the provided date. There will be no response.
Nominally the next steps are an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel with the hiring manager and an existing analyst, and then an team-fit interview where they figure out which team to assign you to - not that I would know.
Overall, terrible. It isn't that they don't seem like they know what they're doing. It's that they don't seem to care.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience making data available and accessible to someone.

Interview
Easy 1st interview via Teams.
Unfortunately, I was ghosted after the interview was finished. Not even a canned "we've decided to move forward with other candidates".
Even after reaching out to the contact person multiple times, still nothing.
Would not recommend.

Interview
My interview process was pleasant, informative and quick. Took less than a week. I met with one person on day 2, then a few days later I interviewed with the hiring manager. Day after, I signed my offer letter.
