I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Angel Aligner
Interview
The interviewer scheduled a video call through Teams after my recruiter confirmed a date and time with me. Asked for my self introduction and background and then he proceeded to introduce the company and work to me.
That's all.

Interview
The entire interview process lasted around 20 minutes. It began with a short video presentation, followed by a self-introduction session. After that, the interviewer asked a few questions regarding my background and suitability for the role. The session concluded with a Q&A segment where I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

Interview
The interview was conducted online, which made the process convenient. However, I found the overall experience confusing and somewhat frustrating. Several questions were ambiguous and seemed to carry double meanings. What initially appeared to be inquiries about the role’s responsibilities turned out to be tests of my knowledge about the entire company, something that wasn’t made clear from the start.
Unfortunately, there were also signs of unprofessionalism. Assumptions were made about my attitude toward previous jobs based solely on my resume, without any opportunity to explain my reasons for leaving. This approach felt dismissive and unfair.
There was also a passive-aggressive tone throughout the interview. Certain points were repeated multiple times, seemingly to emphasise something the interviewer felt the candidate ‘should’ understand. The tone occasionally became unnecessarily harsh, which was unexpected, especially for a position advertised as open to fresh graduates.
If a candidate isn't the right fit for a role, it would be more efficient and respectful not to proceed with the interview invitation.
As a side note, the interview was held in English. It might help future candidates to practise speaking beforehand to feel more confident. This is just a personal reflection. No offence intended, but I believe honest feedback can help improve the process.
