Fairly simple, one-on-one interview. I also spoke with the other two people who would be working with me, so that they could get a feel for me. The whole thing seemed kind of new to the person interviewing me, like she'd never done an interview before and wasn't sure what to ask. She did more talking than me. They check Facebook too, so make sure there's nothing weird. Also, if your Facebook is private, you probably won't get an interview as well.
