Question 1
Tell me a time when you had been rejected during a call
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Angel (United Kingdom) (Cornwell, England) in June 2025
Interview
The interview had a relaxed, conversational atmosphere that lasted about 15 mins. We began by discussing my customer service experience, where I was able to highlight my background in customer service. When asked about my motivation for pursuing this role, I explained that I like charity work. Overall, the interview felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interrogation, which helped me present myself authentically while addressing their key concerns about customer service skills, resilience, and work environment setup.
