The company recruiter emailed me first to set a time for a call. The call lasted less than 20 minutes which had your basic generic resume and position questions. The recruiter then set me up with a video call with 2 hiring managers, which was the last round of interviews before I was offered the position. Managers asked more position-focused questions that were more in-depth, which is expected since they are the ones doing the actual job/managing people doing the job.
