I didn't apply for this position, the talent recruiter reached out to me. I was interested and they scheduled me for a phone interview. Instead of a screening, it felt more like the actual interview minus the face to face. They asked to tell me about yourself, why are you looking for a job, asked more behavioral and situational questions.
I moved on to the hiring manager interview, and it was similar to the questions the talent recruiter asked me. However it felt more like a deadpan interview vs a conversational interview.
The hiring manager was a few minutes late and mentioned that they had a hard stop because they had a call after mine (and they already scheduled me for end of day).
