I recently had the opportunity to interview for the position of Degree Apprenticeship Study Coach. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and was conducted by a panel of four members from the apprenticeship team. Overall, it was a structured and focused interview, primarily centred on competency-based questions. The panel consisted of four individuals who were part of the apprenticeship team. They were all professional, courteous, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know my skills and experiences. The interview started with a brief introduction of the panel members and an outline of the interview process.
