Applied for the job in August 2022, received an invite to interview in October that took place in November. I was surprised at how slow they were to send an interview offer. I had to complete a task beforehand that took a couple of hours. I had to email it before the interview and explain it during. The interview was on Teams with a panel of 3. 1 interviewer called me by the wrong name during the interview! I felt the interview was quite awkward and forced. I didn't feel that the interviewers clicked. Perhaps that's more difficult to convey on Teams, or maybe they'd already found their candidate and didn't want to interview me. I was told I'd hear the outcome within a couple of days and it took 3 weeks.
