The hiring and interview process is fairly simple. When I was hired, one of the company owners interviewed me and hired me. There is no testing such as typing or administrative skills, or drug testing. I don't even think they do a background check. I applied on Craigslist for an Administrative Assistant position, however when I went to the interview, the owner said that they need an Account Manager. I think she believed I was more qualified and thus wanted to start me as an Account Manager. Some employees are hired as Administrative Assistants and if they prove themselves, they are offered an Account Manager position.
