You first have to do an assessment and a recorded video where you have to answer a question (where you have some time to prepare), this point was quite easy and relaxed.
Then, the ABI Day comes, where you are around 30 people online who have applied to different programmes. It's a full day where you have a 1-1 interview, a programme specific game, and a business game. Very tiring and takes you away a whole day and the recruiters were late sometimes.
After this, you get a call from HR where they tell you if you made it to the next step or not and give you feedback about the performance (Appreciated).
In the final panel, there are 4 other candidates with you and 3/4 recruiters of the programme specific you applied to. I believe doing a 1-1 interview would have been way more useful since there was no engagement between the candidates, rather every candidate had to answer individually to each questions, which I believe was a waste of time for the candidates since this final panel lasts 2 hours.
Overall, the company itself is very interesting, but I'm somehow glad I didn't receive an offer since the culture they are so proud about didn't click with me. I haven't met a single employee during the recruiting process who was happy to be there (I think I haven't seen smile even once most of them) and at every step everything felt very robot-like.
Not a match for me :)
