Interview
The process is much shorter than other Management Trainee program. It has 7 rounds
- Application form
- Online test: it is about culture fit
- Business Case: study a 11-page business case which has a lot of number for 20 mins, then there is an short presentation and some basic interview question.
- Behavioral interview: basic structured interview
- Business game: this is where most fun as well as challenges take place. This round is very well-organized and there are a lot of senior managers from all around the world to assess candidates. The round is really intense but I learn a lot from it.
- I was not invited to the panel interview.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Interview
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
