I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Jan 2017
Interview
Very thorough selection process. Business case was interesting - had to read information and choose 2 beers based on production capacity, revenue and target market. Individual interview was standard with behavioural questions and some marketing questions - eg what is your favourite brand and why? Business simulation was interesting - had to play a business game in groups and then deliver on the cereal industry. Final panel interview was intense, interviewing with major company VPs and getting varied questions, eg what is the biggest issue facing the beer industry?

I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Online Psychometric testings, if you pass those you are invited onto a video interview. The video interview was a case study where you have half an hour to prepare a pitch for a new product. I was told I passed the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre, however after two months of emailing and asking I still had no response. Very frustrating and humiliating interview process, would not recommend it if you have any self dignity.
