I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
There were many steps - from online application, career fair at my campus, info session, networking event, then came the online montage interview. This was so much easier than other interviews, its the basic "tell me a time when" and "why do you want to work for us" but the ladies who interviewed me were so nice and wanted to know me other than just my scholarly side. After this I heard that I had the chance to fly to St. Louis for a panel interview - I was terrified. Got there and met my group that I would be interviewing with (yes its a group interview). Turns out this group was amazing and I believe we were all offered the job! Don't be competitive with them, I believe that they saw we got along and liked each other so that actually might have helped. Work off each other's questions, and don't be afraid to brag a little. The questions I was asked I don't think had a right or wrong (minus red flag answers, don't do that). It is a little intimidating once you're in there, because this is the company's VP's but they crack jokes with each other and have fun, so that levels the mood. Just be confident and whatever you do - DONT BUDGE ON YOUR ANSWERS. They don't want you flip-flopping, if you answer wrong, defend it and say something like "I would work with my associates on the best path through".

Starts with an application where you immediately get sent a link to a pymetrics games assessment where you play 12 games that build a personality model. Then there's a one-way digital interview. There's then two in-person interviews before hiring.

Tell us about a time that you solved a problem and how did you know it was solved?
The interview concerned behavioral questions and really focused on past experiences and demonstrated skills that a candidate has displayed. The following interviews maintained this aspect but grew more difficult as the process continued

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Nov 2021
Interview
The whole process took about 2-3 months total, many interviews in the process for a trainee program. Very cool assessors in the beginning, then higher up managers for the final interview.
